Lovingkindness Meditation with Sharon Salzberg

Sharon Salzberg is an author, meditation teacher, and co-founder of the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts. Sharon is well-known for her expertise in teaching a form of mindfulness meditation called “metta” or lovingkindness.
