Staying grounded in times like these can be very challenging. We may feel very short on time. We may feel pressured by new demands at work and at home. We may have fears for ourselves and those we love. Reconnecting with our breath can be an accessible, simple, and profound way to calm our mind, settle back into our bodies, and soothe our emotions.
