  1. Describe a model for inter-professional palliative care collaboration that encourages team self-reflection and spiritual development.

  2. Discuss how spiritual grounding helps palliative care teams be more intentionally present to the deeper concerns of patients and families, and address these in goals of care conversations.

  3. Develop a palliative care team culture that honors the spiritual dimension of the person and results in whole person care.
