How to Use (Even Bad) Feedback to Grow

Sheila Heen, Harvard researcher and author of Difficult Conversations: How To Discuss What Matters Most, asserts that learning how to receive feedback is more important that understanding how to give feedback. More surprisingly, she challenges us to consider that we can use even poorly given feedback for our own growth and development.
