F.A.C.E. C.O.V.I.D. with Russ Harris

How can we face the uncertainty, the loss of perceived control, the disruption, the grief and the trauma that COVID-19 has brought into our world, our communities, and our lives? Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based, accessible, therapeutic modality for living well in the face of difficulties.
