Connecting with nature can be a source of comfort and calm in the midst of anxious times. But how can we find time in the outdoors when our work schedules are so busy, parks are closed, and outdoor experiences are not available?

Several organizations are addressing our genuine need to be in nature by providing accessible, virtual experiences.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium has several live cams, most are available from 7a-7p Pacific Time.

Check out their “Jelly Cam” here

And don’t miss the swirl of sardines in their “Open Sea Cam” here

Find a list of all their live cams and narrated feeding times here

For reflection:

What are some of your favorite places in nature to visit?

How does nature affect you?
