Defusing from Thoughts

When we feel stressed, anxious, depressed or just generally overwhelmed we tend to fuse with our thoughts. We spend a large portion of our time up in our heads going over and over things from the past and worrying about the future. We lose contact with the present moment. This short meditation helps us remember:

Thoughts are not facts
We are not our thoughts
