Conley describes Bhutan's GNH (Gross National Happiness) Index as a nationwide effort to "create the conditions for happiness to occur." One of the questions used to assess the Bhutanese GNH Index is the question: "How do you feel about how you spend your time each day?" How would you answer that question?
